Hello and welcome back. I participate in the Wednesday Wellbeing Club hosted by @shanibeer over in Natural Medicine. The Club kicked off its initiative on Wednesday, August 11. This is my fourteenth week participating. Only 1 week left. I decided to document my progress weekly and share it. It's interesting to see how I change each week. I get to see what's working for me. Also, engaging with other members help to see how they are progressing as well.
I adopted the Club's Rule of Fives as my framework. The ability to create your own Rules and work within the framework is easy. That way, you'll be able to fully maintain your wellbeing plan.
Here is my Rule of FOURS for each week:
- Lose 2 lbs.;
- Enjoy 4 x 30-minute sessions of physical activity (either indoors or outdoors);
- Eat 4 x (1/2 cup combined) - portions of fruit and vegetables each day;
- Get 4 nights x 8 hours sleep.
- Carve out 4 x 30-minute sessions offline either with family or self-indulgence quiet time.
Since I joined mid week, I wasn't able to complete but a couple of activities.

I've lost 10 pounds in fourteen weeks. For me, this is a major accomplishment. With the holidays starting next week, I need every pound lost I can get. I did promised myself that I wouldn't overindulge, but it's hard given my weakness for desserts.
I took a break this week from my storage shed project. I didn't start another project. I just felt I needed a break. After the Thanksgiving holiday, I'll return.
I feel as though going through this Wellbeing Club process, I've become more conscious of my eating and sleeping habits.
Also, I've been more aware of when and how long I spend offline so to balance out my time and energy.
