Hello everyone and welcome back. I'm alive and thriving this second week of November. My participation is winding down in the Wellbeing Club as there's only two weeks left. This week, I want to share with you my Week 13 progress.
The Wellbeing Club, hosted by @shanibeer over in the Natural Medicine Community, is about helping you make changes set out in your particular goals you choose. I adopted its Rule of Fives. After tailoring it to fit my health goals, I devised the following outline:
My Weekly Rule of FOURS I envision that will assist me in my wellbeing journey:
- Lose 2 lbs.;
- Enjoy 4 x 30-minute sessions of physical activity (either indoors or outdoors);
- Eat 4 x (1/2 cup combined) - portions of fruit and vegetables each day;
- Get 4 nights x 8 hours sleep.
- Carve out 4 x 30-minute sessions offline either with family or self-indulgence quiet time.

My sleeping habits improved this week. Five out of seven nights with eight hours or more rest has reduced some stress. I feel more relaxed. In addition, it feels as though my new diabetes prescriptions are working better with my body chemistry.
I've lost almost 9 1/2 pounds in thirteen weeks. For me, this is a major accomplishment. And just in time for the holidays. I've promised myself that I won't overdo it at Thanksgiving with my weakness for desserts.
Also, I'm happy to report that, after working on my storage shed project for one week, I have enough room inside to move around. It'll take a couple more weeks of rearranging and installing shelving before I can return with additional items to be stored long term.
