Dear diary journal blog, I got up at 08:00 AM or so. Forget dreams. We checked out of that hotel near where Walter lived near Dairy Queen, what is now Jack in the Box. I dropped off the key. It snowed in the Cascade mountains last night and sort of in the area of Forest Grove where we were. But it didn't stick in FG. Staff at the hotel were not at the front desk. I drop off the room key. We already paid. We hopped in the white jeep and drove to CCBC. I knocked on the door. Dave Weber or Webber came out. My mom talked to him inside the church building for a few minutes to give him an outline of the last forty years of her life. He said she did a good job raising her two boys including me. Doing selfies is a gift he said and I said yeah like flying a plane where up is down and down is up. Mom reacted to that by saying let's not keep pastor busy and go. But I was only making a joke and quick statement. I got some videos and photos of this. He was going off to a pastors meeting with other pastors. I looked around near his office and into the sanctuary. We hopped back in the car. Rick stayed in the car but waved at pastor. We drove off towards Seaside. We saw some snow in the mountains. We stopped by one beach in Seaside to look around. I may only have some memories of that beach and perhaps not been there since the 1990s or whatever it was. We wanted to find Karen's old house they had before moving to Culby Lake. Funny there was a robot for kids on TBN TV named Colby or Culby. We could not find the place. We go to Karen's. Phil was planting a maple tree or whatever it was in the front yard. We unload into the house. We talk. Karen comes home from her volunteering at a pregnancy center place. We already had breakfast. We talk. We look at photo albums of the Pickett and Morehead and Henderson families. We hop in with Karen and Phil to see the old place Karen lived at in Deer Hart. Not Dragon Heart. Not Brave Heart. We went to Little Beach. We walked around. We went back and forth on a log, me and Rick. I said American Gladiators. After that, back to the house. She came over for dinner. We talked about the Mario movie. Timmy. It is coming out in March meaning next month. I mentioned how her dad came over in the early 1990s to beat many episodes of Mario 3 for us on the regular Nintendo. Maybe it was in 1991 assuming that is when we first got a NES and then SNES was probably in the summer of 1993. We played a Pictionary like Telephone game. I had a blank option or number meaning I could draw anything for my word. My word was me. I drew myself, a road, a Vietnamese woman, some oatmeal I was eating, a road. We had lunch before this around 02:00 PM. Dinner around 06:00 PM or whatever it was. Games was like after dinner around 07:00 PM for an hour or two. Karen took her back probably before 09:00 PM. I continued scanning the two photo albums. I was to bed at 11:30 PM.

Check-out time: 11:00 AM or before. We checked in like around 08:00 PM and checked out around 09:00 AM Tuesday. Here is the basic outline for Tuesday. I think I mentioned the major highlights and events. I did not mention every single conversation and activity and thing. I may try to add more details later. I mentioned the different beaches we went to. We stopped by McDonald's where she works in Seaside. Well she was not there. Just a bathroom stop before going to Karen's around noon Tuesday.
