A state of flow is a natural process, we have unlearned this by being to active, we think we can multitask, but all we do is create clutter in our minds. I imagine sitting on a surfboard, you have nothing but the smell of the sea, the wind in your hair, the flow of the water. some would say you become one with nature. So yes.
