What is being inflow?
Flow is a state of mind in which a person becomes fully immersed in an activity (being in the zone). While in this mental flow state, people are highly involved and focused on what they are doing.

How do I get into a state of flow?
Find a balance between challenge and skill.
Establish clear goals
Reduce distractions
Cut multitasking
Don't force it
When in doubt, do something you like!

How do I know I'm inflow?
You lose awareness of time.
You are focusing on the task at hand
You don't get distracted by thoughts
You are active
You work effortlessly

How do I live my life inflow?
Stay Present - Being present means you are completely concentrating on the commitment at hand. Not letting yourself get distracted by something else.
