The sushi at Sugarfish is amazingly fresh and well prepared. The latter puzzzles some people, who simply view it as raw, cut up fish. Which it is. But the same goes for certain beef cuts, like flank steak.

도심에서 싱싱한 해산물을 바로 먹을 수 있는 곳 바로 노량진수산시장입니다. 오랜만에 갔더니 너무나도 도시화(?)된 시장모습에 조금 놀랐지만 주차장부터 너무 편리하게 바뀌었더라구요. 안에 시장 가게들은 그대로였습니다 몇년전에 갔었던 ‘해남상회’를 어렵게 기억해서 갔습니다. 철이라 방어가 좋다고 :) 방어랑 광어 등 회를 시키고, 소라 멍게 낙지 등을 시켜 시장

일이 일이다 보니 바깥구경 안한지 좀 됬었는데.. 오랜만에 친구들과 만나게 되었어요. 커피숍에서 담소를 나누고 무었을 먹을 까 고민하다가 대방어와 광어를 먹었어요! 대방어는 처음이 었는데 기름기도 적당하고 부드러운 식감 정말 맛있었어요^^ 소주이슬이와 함께 하는 하루였습니다!!

대학교 친구를 2년만에 만나러 부산에 내려왔습니다. 친구가 해운대 쪽에 사는데 높은 건물들도 많고 지어지고 있는 건물도 많네요. 친구가 요즘하고 있는 사업이 잘되고 있어서 민락회타운에서 오랜만에 포식했습니다. 고소한 산낙지와 전복까지 술이 솔솔 넘어가네요.
