周六中午儿子想去外边吃饭，不过那些开封菜(KFC)、各种面条、拌饭啥的我实在是吃腻歪啦，能不能换个新地方呢？ 于是我去美团上一通翻看各种美食店铺，别说，还真让我看到一个眼前一亮的，那就是福里粤菜。 其实以前也曾经路过这个粤菜馆，从外边惊鸿一瞥就觉得这个菜馆一定不错——当然了，也一定不便宜！适合那些大老总之间相互宴请之类的。 让我带媳妇儿子去吃一顿，我是断断不敢的，急头白脸吃一顿，钱包不得清空呀，以后的日子还咋过？

夏天到了，家里有些红豆还没吃完， 如果不吃掉的话， 夏天恐怕又要生小虫子了，红豆生虫子我是亲身经历过的，那种黑色的小虫子， 很小但是看了就让人浑身起鸡皮疙瘩，所以为了不浪费，必须在天热之前，赶紧将红豆消耗掉。 于是我就做了红豆沙，结果炒制的过程中，火有些偏大了，红豆炒的有点干，但是做豆沙饼还是可以的，这次我想做红豆酥饼，发面版的红豆酥饼！ 做出来的效果非常不错，尤其是面里加了鸡蛋，还有油酥，酥脆好吃，非常香。
