  • Wide arm push-ups 12reps 2sets
  • Close arm push-ups 12reps 2sets
  • Push-ups rotation 12reps 2sets
  • Squat 10reps 2sets
  • Zumo squat 10reps 2sets
  • Cronches 16reps 2sets
  • Leg raise 16reps 2sets
  • Mountain climbing 16reps 2sets
  • Cobra stretching 30sec 2sets
  • Plank 30sec 2sets
