It's the same when you're diabetic and not obese. I can relate. People will say "just stop eating sugar!" It's that simple. All foods break down into simple carbs in order to be processed by cells. The problem is either the pancreas isn't producing insulin or it only does it some times. The highs and lows happen suddenly and without warning or reason. But those who are not diabetic just don't understand the feeling.
