Es un tema muy importante tanto porque te hace reflexionar, así como te hace recordar y entender que hay cosas que realmente no se ha dejado ir, a veces no es porque uno no quiera, sino porque como seres vivos que somos tenemos hacer apegados no solo a otra persona, a lugares, trabajos, a eventos sucedidos, queremos quedarnos ahí en ese instante, o simplemente por la costumbre queremos que eso permanezca intacto y por ello dejarlo ir suele ser difícil más no imposible.

Deja ir, es necesario hacerlo para poder avanzar, el camino esta de frente no atrás y hay cosas que es inevitable dejarlo ahí dependiendo de las circunstancias algunas es porque afectan nuestra vida, otras porque requieren cambios y algunas simplemente porque ya no están y aunque quisieras vivir solo en ese tiempo las cosas que terminan ya no se puede retroceder, hay cargas que también hay que dejar ir, que por más que se quiera ser responsable y cumplir hay que tener límites, y dejarlas pasar, en mi caso lo he vivido cargas en mi familia que no me correspondían y que simplemente tenía que dejar ir.

Los sentimientos también vuelven difícil dejar ir sobre todo si es algo que quieres mucho, pero por más doloroso que sea, hay que continuar y entender que las responsabilidades también estar para delejar y las cargas hacerlas más ligeras, no es por no hacer nada, es simplemente que cada uno debe cubrir una zona y sentirse cómodo con ello, como mencione antes en mi familia estaba asumiendo varios roles que física y mentalmente me estaban afectando, pero debo ir dejando a otros que asuman lo que es y así poder vivir algo más tranquila, sin tanto peso.

Así como los pensamientos negativos, es algo que me suele suceder, en definitiva debo dejarlos ir, porque me agotan, siento que me atrasan y no me dejan ver lo que quiero hacer, es problemático tener estos pensamientos, pero realmente hay que darse un lado y entender que no ayuda nada tenerlos, que hay que pensar positivo, tranquilizarse y dejar pasar las cosas que no se tiene control o que te agobien, así como entender por más duro que sea que en la vida todo pasa, solo Dios es eterno, y solo es un día malo, no significa que el resto lo vaya hacer.

El ahogarse en un vaso de agua no es la respuesta, la vida tiene sus altos y bajos, y por más doloroso que sea la situación cuando algo te hace sentir mal, representa una carga, o simplemente te está estancado en salir adelante, es mejor dejarlo ir.

Let go, it is necessary to do so in order to move forward, the road is in front not behind and there are things that it is inevitable to leave it there depending on the circumstances some is because they affect our life, others because they require changes and some simply because they are no longer there and even if you wanted to live alone at that time the things that end you can no longer go back, there are burdens that also have to let go, that even if you want to be responsible and comply you have to have limits, and let them go, in my case I have lived it burdens in my family that did not correspond to me and that I simply had to let go.

As well as negative thoughts, it is something that usually happens to me, in short I must let them go, because they exhaust me, I feel that they delay me and do not let me see what I want to do, it is problematic to have these thoughts, but you really have to give yourself a side and understand that it does not help anything to have them, you have to think positive, calm down and let go of things that you have no control or that overwhelm you, and understand however hard it is that in life everything happens, only God is eternal, and it is only a bad day, does not mean that the rest will do it.
