Anyone can contribute a DERP to this community. But in order for it to be accepted as canonical, it is recommended to use a specific format.
Typically, a DERP is formatted in YAML, with a particular set of requirements (see pinned post). The most important requirement is the DERP designation and class. An anomaly should fit the correct series. For example, if an anomaly is first active during the Series I timeframe, then the DERP designation should match the 001-999 range.
Also, the group class should fit the description of the anomalies.
