Yesterday I decided to go out and walk in the city to take some shots. I also visited my Friends in South Clan to film. But that work will be finished later. I have something different to show you this time.
Now I want to talk about a few Pixel's features I've been trying. I feel like I'm saving a lot of time and effort to capture the shots I want thanks to this tools. For example, I only had to switch modes to get these long exposure shots, and i know they could be better, but it was so quick and easy that I can't complain at all.

There's just one thing, one small detail that could be improved, and that is saving RAW files from this. I don't really understand how this works, and it could actually be quite challenging to do, but I was a little disappointed when I realized that I was only getting JPEG files. Despite that, I tried to make some adjustments with Google Photos to make them look good enough.
What really gives me great RAW files is the standard mode. This is great for portraits for two major reasons: it has the better quality sensor and it's also the largest, which delivers a nice natural blur that is strong when taking close-ups. That's why I love taking portraits with this phone.

So, talking about portraits and blur... Did you notice anything weird about the header photo? Maybe you can tell that there's some artificial blur in it, and as usual, it's not even well done. But there's something else. In the original shot, there were some people around.

For these results, I used something called "magic eraser," which is not a perfect feature, but mate, it is a great tool. You never know when you're going to need something like this until you find the perfect model in the wrong place.
It also helped that fake blur, which I consider a crime for photography, but the overall results look good.
Here's a funny story: I saw the model for these shots, and I was mesmerized by her beautiful hair. I approached her and asked her for the shots, and I found it weird how easy it was. She immediately stood up and did exactly what I wanted without even having to explain it to her.
After taking the photos, she shared her Instagram account with me, and then I discovered why it was so easy. She's not only a model, she's literally the tourism queen of the city.

Sadly, I was in a hurry. I'm pretty sure I was close to getting stunning shots, but I was not in the best place to do it. We are talking about doing a whole session, but for now, this is what I got.
