When cycles are "cooler" - If you know, you know! by @simplifylife

I chose to buy myself a cycle instead of the fancy bikes my peers were getting. I saw the cycle does the same job for me getting around classes and going out to run quick errands. And without a part-time job secured yet, I was not willing to "waste" extra money on things I could easily do without. As a by-product, my carbon profile was showered with glory!

By letting go, I earn more 🌟 by @purpleglitter

My husband and I took the time (all day) to do a deep cleaning in the small place where we live. I like to do this kind of cleaning all the time, I enjoy it. But especially when the end of the year comes, I think I enjoy it more because I feel like I start the year with what I need and leave the junk behind.

Being someone who was taught to adapt, I always chose the uncommon route. Whether it be riding my cycle, hopping on a rickshaw or a bus. My cycle would easily help me cover 4 to 5 kilometres for anything casual.

Somewhere I heard that as we have our home, so is our mind, I do not know how true this is, but what I do know is that when there is no space at home because it is full of objects, ornaments and furniture, we can not be completely calm.

Minimalists Could Save Our Planet, Be One! by @merit.ahama

A true minimalist would be mindful of their ecosystem by doing family planning or be very conscious of how many kids they will bring to the world (the world is overpopulated as it is already). Even though this isn't the case for some, it's a good way minimalist practices could help. Having control over the population will reduce the number of people polluting the world and putting a stain on our ecosystem.

Tell me how you cook, and I'll tell you which is your Carbon Footprint by @chaodietas

Long cooking times, which in turn require a lot of domestic gas or electricity. So I think it is easy to see that our carbon footprint will be smaller when using shorter cooking methods rather than longer ones. The carbon footprint will be smaller when beef is prepared as meatballs than in a stew.

Some tips

🔸 The community encourages authors to engage and build rapport with other team members by leaving meaningful comments.

🔸 If possible we recommend that authors try to use personal photos, however, if free images from the internet are used, please be sure to cite all relevant sources for photos and text.

🔸 Just a reminder that the weekly #KISS Blog Ideas is presented with ideas on topics to write about and to help you to structure your blogs, they are not meant to be questionnaires for you to list information and publish.

🔸 The presentation of your blog goes a far way and sharing aspects of your lives and your personal stories and experiences should be a lot more than a list that can be found in various places over the web.

🔸 There's no need for you to wait or only blog in response to the prompts provided. You're free to share any aspect of your minimalist lifestyle at any time.

Thank you for checking out the #MoreOrLessTheBest Curation Compilation presented by The Minimalist. This is the new official community account, where the weekly #KISS Blog Ideas and all community events and activities will be published from.
I invite you all to get involved and share your stories about minimalism, and perhaps you would like to invite someone.
