So..... I've been running and getting steps, but not posting. Truth be told, I fell off; like, for a while. Ended up gaining a bunch of weight while learning to rebalance life I've been inching my way back into being active. Right now I'm proud to say I'm 2 weeks strong between running, walking and the gym. More to come. Happy New Year if I missed you.
