My Actifit Report Card: May 31 2021

Good start to the week but still not as strong as would like, mainly did chest and back things with triceps and just a bit for back leg thingy.

On my way to the gym broke my protein shaker so that was bit of a bummer. I have started liking the protein thingy cause i don't noed to change my eating habits too much and still get what is required.
