My Actifit Report Card: June 16 2022

Thursday was a busy day for me. But of course, running/walking on the treadmill was my first activity in the morning. Today, I finished a 3.5km for 30 mins. Health is wealth so I make sure to include it in my daily activity at least 3 times in a week.
