Brrrrrr🥶. Its another cold day in Scotland, as I write this I am wrapped in a warm blanked. Today I walked about 4 miles, just over an hour whilst listening to an audiobook.💪
I may do some weight training in an hour, however its really cold here at the moment. Not much else to report, just trying not to freeze to death.
