Yikes, I've left this a bit late to post. So, today, just an average freezing autumn's day in not so sunny Scotland.
I walked five miles, or over 13k steps according to Google Fit ( still having problems with actifit), in a few moments I will do some weight training.💪
All in all its a quite week so far, but a cold one too.❄️
