My Actifit Report Card: March 22 2023

Hmmmm seems my daily posts have again missed a day but is because I was with my friend on his last day here is P Philippines as her works in Qatar.

Shoulders and arms were the workout performed. Consisting of resistance bands and a ten kilo kettle bell.

The step count is from yesterday because today's one is still not done and I've got a few more steps to add before posting today's result, my apologies.
