Chest day.
Start with five pound on each end, ten reps close normal then wide grips on flat then inclined bench. Gradual increase by two and a half pounds. After each six sets. Maxed out today at twenty two and a half pounds each side.
Added flies of twenty pounds each arm but only the sets on ten.
Then a round of six kind of ab workout.
Day done workout fun.
Tomorrow will be another kind of workout I've yet to work out. But that's another day with comes what may.
