One of my goals this year 2024 is to resume exercise, honestly I had abandoned it a little, but it is never too late. Well, I am not here to talk about exercise, but about a place I visited this week that I was looking forward to open again, I say again because the place already existed, but it was very neglected. This place is a square, here many people spent some time during the day and at night, but in reality there was nothing so interesting in it, only a sports court, which by the way was also very deteriorated.
This week I was surprised because I was looking for a place to continue with my exercise routine, I was coming from about 20 minutes of jogging and I passed by this place called "1° de Mayo" and I saw something different, I don't believe it, it's open again! This was my expression when I saw that the place was open again and totally remodeled, I was amazed by how beautiful the plaza is now has many areas for the enjoyment of many, and the best thing is that it has the area for exercise, and of course that was where I finished my routine that day.
Having a place like this and close to where he lived is excellent, nothing like exercising outdoors, sweating to exhaustion and fill your body with health, let the sun's rays penetrate your skin and fill you with energy at about 6 in the morning with a good exercise routine. What a blessing all that comes for the benefit of recreation, health and lifestyle.
