- 4 Rice Idli + Vegetable Sambhar can be taken
- 1 bowl of Sprouts is also a good option to consider
If you prefer having Juice with breakfast, then its recommended as well. Take any juice you like as this should give you extra energy and will aid in gain weight as well.
