Happy weekend, runners... This is my running journal for the last week of October. Last week I took a complete break from running due to my unwell body condition. nJAdii, this week, after recovering a bit, I returned to running in the hope that I wouldn't take too long a break and reset all my running exercises. You know how your body feels when you take a long break from running, right?

Yeah...my body felt sore yesterday after a week of taking a break. Hahaha... it's kind of like my muscles are spasming again.

After a quick warm up (well, I started this run a bit later than usual), I hit the track at almost 5pm. There were already a lot of people on the track. I started my run with a fairly stagnant pace. For some reason, I felt that even my legs were heavy this time, not to mention, my stomach felt pricked. This reminded me of when I did a 10km run a few months ago. I tried to suggest myself until I passed 3 kilometers. After that, I really ran slowly until I finished 4.03 km.

I finished in 31:17 minutes with an average pace of 7:45. I deliberately ran as comfortably as possible even though I wasn't very comfortable. After strecthcing and cooling down, I sat for a while, until my stomach pain completely subsided. I sat staring at the sun that was slowly setting on the trees and tall buildings. The lake visitors slowly went home.

Hi, I am the child of the universe, I like to read books with various genres. I was born in the city of batik but can't draw batik yet. I want to be a novelist, but my works are only short poems that are included in anthology books.
