LAST DAY EXERCISE FOR BANTEN 5K RUN

Hii Hive Runners, how are you today? Have you run today? I did, but I'll tell you about it later.

Last Friday, yes that's right three days ago was my last day of training for this week, and also the last training for the Banten 5k Run.
I had intended from the night, Friday morning I would run 10kilometers. But unfortunately, that night I couldn't sleep quickly. And made me wake up a little late.

I arrived at the stadium at 7:15. The sun was already hot and crowded. I felt like going home and changing it to Saturday, but I remembered that on Saturday I had to go home to my parents. So I continued to run, although not up to 10kilometers

Every Friday the stadium becomes more crowded, because there are several activities there, some are doing aerobics, cycling, and of course running.

This time was a little different, somehow despite the heat, I was able to start my pace at 7:47. Wow, I was surprised, but my breath was like choking, haha. I felt my breathing was heavy and made me slow down. And finally I finished the 5kilometer with a moving time of 46:20. Still too long, for a 5k distance, as it was getting hotter, my pace slowed down again and made Average pace 9:14.

Let's keep trying to do better, so that I can enjoy running comfortably, and I can do long runs in the next training.
So that I can achieve my personal best.
