For several days I had stopped going to the gym and I was a little discouraged because I feel like I don't see any big changes. I feel like I don't see any results because I don't eat well and I usually eat large amounts of refined flours, excess sugar and unfortunately there are days when I don't have much of an appetite and I skip meals.

When I was not going to the gym I wanted to focus on improving my diet by pre-cooking some basic meals like arepas and spaghetti without using flour and replacing them with dough or purees made from scratch by me.


Durante varios días había dejado de ir al gimnasio y me encontraba un poco desanimada porque siento que no veo grandes cambios, siento que lo de no ver resultados es porque no me alimento bien y suelo ingerir grandes cantidades de harinas refinadas, exceso de azúcar y lastimosamente hay días que no tengo mucho apetito y salto comidas.

Cuando estuve ausente de ir al gym me quise enfocar en mejorar mi alimentación precocinado algunas comidas bases como son las arepas y espagueti sin usar harinas y reemplazandolos por masas o purés realizado desde cero por mi.
