How do I practice mindful breathing?
- Choose a quiet location, IE the shower or whiles making food.
- Shift your focus on breathing
- Between 1 and 5 minutes a day would be good practice.
- Breath in and out slowly
- Use a breath cycle of +- 6 seconds
- Let the breath flow effortlessly in and out of your body.
- Let go of your thoughts - Acknowledge them and let them go. Be at one with your breath.
- Focus your awareness on breathing in, notice how it fills your body with life.
