Roasted Vegetables

Hello Everybody,


Today, I came up with another healthy and delicious recipe. Healthy dishes could be life saviour as Health is made in the kitchen.

You can't deny that how much our health is dependent on what we consume every passing day. Your body shows what you consume so be particular with what you going to have in your lunch or dinner.

I learnt that focusing on the balanced diet can lead you a healthy lifestyle. We become more focused, more energetic, and more healthier.

So, consume what your body actually needs. Stay blessed!


Roasted Vegetables



Roasting veggies in the oven is way more easy than roasting on stove top which can risk of burning. I used to roast them in the oven and love its aroma when it sits inside the oven for a while. Whole house feels that aroma. Just Love It!!


Let's get started with recipe:

⚡️ Ingredients:

Note: You can choose any vegetable that you like for roasting but make sure all veggies should take the same time for roasting. If you choose tomatoes, they will get roasted in no time while other veggies will take more time. So, there should be those vegetable includes which takes the same cooking time.

So, I choose

  • carrot 🥕
  • broccoli 🥦
  • cauliflower
  • potatoes 🥔

💫 Method:

  1. Preheat the oven at 230 °C for 10 minutes
  2. Now cut all veggies into an equal size
  3. Take a flat baking dish, cover it with butter paper then place all the cut veggies
  4. Now brush them up with an Olive Oil
  5. Lastly, sprinkle salt and freshly crushed black pepper
  6. Now put this tray in the pre-heated oven and let it roast for 25 minutes at least or until you feel its aroma entire house

You can serve them as a starter OR with steak. Choice is yours!
