¡Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive, Liketu y Street Workout! Espero que todos estén muy bien, en el día de hoy les compartiré algunas fotografías haciendo handstand, un rato equilibrio siempre es bueno chicos! Estaba junto a unos compañeros entrenando algo sencillo, Gabriel tenía una rutina en mente, sin embargo mientras hacíamos la rutina incluida la parada de manos, mi compañero gabo me tomó varias fotografías al hacer la parada de manos! En todas las progresiones del handstand, full, straddle, diamond y la última que no me acuerdo el nombre. Como pueden ver es algo sencillo, buscar el equilibrio y entrar en conexión con tu mente es lo máximo.
Greetings to all the Hive, Liketu and Street Workout community! I hope everyone is doing great, today I will share with you some pictures of me doing handstand, a bit of balance is always good guys! I was with some colleagues training something simple, Gabriel had a routine in mind, however while we were doing the routine including the handstand, my partner gabo took some pictures of me doing the handstand! In all the handstand progressions, full, straddle, diamond and the last one I can't remember the name of. As you can see it's something simple, looking for balance and getting in connection with your mind is the best.
La rutina que hice en el día de hoy fue de tensión, bastante buena, además probé por primera vez la pull ups en back lever, no tome fotografías cuando lo estaba haciendo, para la próxima lo hago. Bueno chicos esto ha sido todo por hoy, no fue un post tan largo a lo que les traigo, pero quería compartir con ustedes chicos. Bendiciones para todos
The routine I did today was tension, pretty good, I also tried for the first time the pull ups on back lever, I didn't take pictures when I was doing it, next time I will do it. Well guys that's it for today, it wasn't that long of a post but I wanted to share with you guys. Blessings to all.
