Un gran saludo a todos amigos de SWC, soy @jesus1sw, y vuelvo a activarme nuevamente en mi blog luego de estar algunos dias ausente, esto se debe porque me encontraba enfermo, dure una semana en este estado, y hace aproximadamente 3 dias retome mis entrenamientos como se debe, hoy en este gran post, les estaré compartiendo algunas fotografías del dia de ayer, nada mas y nada menos que subiendo el hefesto, un gran movimiento de poder que logre desbloquear hace poco y me siento muy contento porque quería este movimiento desde hace mucho tiempo y actualmente ya puedo decir que lo tengo, se requiere mucha fuerza y técnica para ejecutar el hefesto, porque es muy lesivo, y hay que entrenarlo de la manera correcta para evitar lesiones, seguiré entrenando el hefesto para conseguir dominarlo al 100% y obtener todas sus variaciones para que en próximas competencias dar lo mejor de mi y dar un buen espectáculo a todos los espectadores, espero les motive y gusten las fotografías, les seguiré compartiendo contenido de calidad los próximos días💪🏻.
