Hello friends of the #Silverbloggers community I hope you are doing great today. Today I wanted to join Memoir Monday #21 to talk about those things that I consider have been the biggest surprises in my life.

My life like many others has been full of beautiful moments but others not so good, since I was very little I had to deal with a condition called ligament hyperlaxity where my kneecap at least twice a year was out of place, it was quite traumatic in addition to the pain and inflammation so strong that caused me this condition.

Although it all started when I was about nine years old I never thought it was something that would prevent me from continuing with my life, maybe I had such a firm hope that at some point things would get better that always when I dislocated it came to my mind that this would also happen and that I would walk again and do my things as I normally did despite the fear that sometimes paralyzed me. This condition led me to be a highly empathetic person, since understanding the pain that a health condition can cause always put me in the position of people who had even more difficult things to deal with and yet continued with strength and unwavering faith.

From this experience that also left me in bed for nine months before being operated, I learned that we should not take for granted the things we have in our lives such as health, that if we are healthy we can achieve what we want, that despite how difficult it may seem to have to continue day after day with a condition, things can always get better and that we came to this world to learn from ourselves as well as from others and to teach from our own life story that there are things that seem difficult to achieve but if we put our heart and effort into it, life will take us right to where we need to be and that it is the best for us.

And finally I learned that I was an extremely strong person, because I never gave up and always kept standing despite the pain and injuries, today I can walk more safely and it is something that I value very much and I am also very grateful to my family who are the people I love most and have given everything for me to feel well and have a good health, without their love and support it would not have been possible and of course the faith that although we do not see it, there is someone who always takes care of us. This story is the biggest surprise of my life, where I learned that my inner strength is greater than what my own thoughts can say.
