Does Slim Looking People Are Really Healthy? #An Insight of a Slim Body!

Does slim looking people are really healthy? Well it's not the case with everyone. In a recent research done on 100 slim subjects in our medical campus, we have found that every slim looking person is not the healthy person and only 23 subjects were found healthy on all the parameters like, Bone density, Muscle mass, BMI, Water percentage, and Spirometry etc. There are some of the reasons why these people are slim but not healthy:

  1. Because of the genetic composition, some of the people remain thin all over the life and a myth remains the part of their life that is “we can eat everything without thinking of its effects because we remain then always”. But the fact is all the junk and oily food they are having will definitely show its effect sooner or later in life.

  2. Most of the people we found have more and more oil rich and fried diet to increase their weight, but the fact is that, there genetic science, that's keeping them thin and they have to realize that the oily and fried diet they are taking is only going inside the body after all and blocking the arteries.

  3. In many subjects we have found that the bones are quite weak because of lack of adequate minerals supply to the body, which gain can get through the healthy diet!

  4. And the last thing we found common in all the subjects that they are taking hair naturally given thin body frame as for granted and thinks that nothing is going to affect our body so, “Why I need to do exercise”? They actually need to burn the fat getting deposit inside and making blockages.

Now the question arises what is good for us? A thin or an obese body frame?
Here I would say that we should have a fit body but the people who start getting obese by their dietary habits have an upper hand because they are able get the natural indication from the body that something is going wrong inside. Now it is another topic that weather they take steps to rectify the problem or not.

So my fitness mantra to stay fit is to eat healthy, exercise minimum 40 minutes a day, and keep yourself involved in at least any single sporting activity!

Stay Healthy and keep Steeming Friends!
