Today I attempted to make a my first vegan keto-friendly smoothie. I'm not going to lie... I was missing my frozen bananas! In this smoothie I had, spinach, parsley, almond milk, coconut milk, peanut butter, avocado, green protein powder, and ice. Tomorrow I'm going to add more peanut butter, stevia, and sunflower sprouts! Wish me luck 🍀
