Dosas are south indian specialities, originally from Tamil Nadu. A rice-based flour is thinly applied on a heating surface to make it crispy.
It's freaking yummy and you can eat dosa at any hour of the day as a snack whenever you're hungy.
The two most famous dosas are masala dosas and just plain dosas. But today we tried for the first time this food truck hanging around the tech park where we work and tasted some exotic ones:
- Pizza dosa (right), and what's left of
- Cheese dosa (left)
Once ready we could just sit outside in the shade and enjoy our dosas. This food truck is actually staying all week at the same location in the EGL Tech Park, Bangalore.
3 dosas at a time, multi-tasking at his finest
This is the second time this week we go there for lunch. And although the food truck is called So-Fat's Dosas it was surprisingly not oily.
Happy week-end to all Steemians!
