♡ 140 g fine oat flakes
♡ 100 g Goji berries
♡ 60 g coconut oil
♡ 40 g roasted hazelnuts
♡ 50 g unsweetened dark chocolate

First, melt the coconut oil if necessary. When the temperature is below 21º, the coconut oil is in a solid state (butter). A few seconds in the microwave are enough.
Line a rectangular mould with film paper.
Crush the Goji berries with coconut oil, hazelnuts and oat flakes.
Transfer the dough to the mold, pressing and leveling well to make a compact bar with the perfect shape.
Melt the chocolate and cover the dough of the bars. Decorate with some Goji berries and leave to cool in the fridge.
When it has hardened, you can cut the bars.

Another of the properties of Goji are its anti-aging properties, thanks to the large amount of antioxidants it has, which slows down the aging process.
Goji berries are well regarded when it comes to improving eyesight. Goji fruits have been found to contain a high percentage of B-carotene (around 8 mg/100 g) very biologically active, making it easily assimilated by the body.
The fruits are also very effective for the proper functioning of the liver and kidneys, and are generally taken internally to treat high blood pressure, poor eyesight, diabetes, lumbago, vertigo, menopausal complaints and impotence.
