My Workout Today- Saturday Jan 27th 2018 Back and Arms

Felt great to be the only person in the gym for the majority of the workout. I feel like I can exhale nice and loud, why does grunting help lift more weights?

Today I did Back and arms. This time I did 4-5 sets with 10-15 reps


Back:

  • Lat pull down
  • Back row
  • Dumbbell rows
  • Cable back twist

Arms:

  • Bicep workout called 21(7-7-7) super set with one arm tricep pull downs
  • still doing 21 but then super set with triceps rope pull down
  • then down the rack bicep curls with more triceps rope pull downs

I wanted to do some skull crusher workouts for triceps but today decided to stick with the cables


Felt an amazing pump and immediately went home to eat a nice big meal.
