This community is for people who are native to Costa Rica (Ticas and Ticos) or who have immigrated there as "expatriates" of some other country and live there now, or even tourists or others interested in learning more about the country, and sharing in the Pura Vida lifestyle and cultural experience.

- No racism, sexism, ageism, any ism that isn't friendly. No hate in general.
- Be Kind! It's PURA VIDA here.
- Be Patient, not everyone is from the same first language or even first country, but we all love Costa Rica, so relish and celebrate that!
