Modern Yoga like the Sivananda School, Krishnamacharyas Students, the 26 Classic poses by Bishnu Ghosh through to what I call LA Yoga, which incorporates a lot of Calisthenics and Bodyweight exercises in their flows, that’s why this group will cover those too. Also a little known fact is that many asanas or postures emerged from the Hindu Kushti, Indian wrestling, which the practicioners used to do as warmup routine.

Rules

- Lets see how it goes, for now everything is allowed as long as it is mainly focused on Yoga, Mobility, Stretching, Functional Strength which could benefit your Yoga practice like Gymnastics and Street Workout, as exercises like pull ups are crucial to balance out an excessive handstand practice. Also traditional sports like Mallakhamba (Indian Pole) and Gada exercises (Indian maces) are tolerated as they serve a functional purpose like strengthening the shoulder complex, i.e. rotator cuffs.
