"El peso de la carga sobre el lomo duele"; no es metáfora, es un nudo que se instala cuando la felicidad parece un lujo lejano y la paz, más bien, un refugio urgente. He visto a otros sufrir, bajo esa fe que antes les sostenía se quiebra como vidrio bajo el peso de la pregunta: *¿dónde estabas?* Es intrigante escuchar que "quizás tengan razón". Duele más cuando quienes hablan de amor, paz y libertad lo hacen con palabras vacías, sermones que no tocan la tierra donde la gente camina descalza. Tal cual: *"las palabras se las llkeva el viento"*.
# ***Respiremos juntos*** Me he preguntado tantas veces, ¿para qué estamos aquí?; es que, no puede ser solo sufrir y desaparecer. He estado leyendo a Viktor Frankl, queen conoció el abismo y escribió: *"Si hay sentido en la vida, debe haberlo en el sufrimiento"… No lo dice para glorificar el dolor, sino para recordarnos que en la oscuridad más densa podemos elegir cómo habitarlo. Es mucho más que simple resignación, *es dignidad*. ![](https://i.ecency.com/DQmNM6Jewt4ysjbXHbnFsyTzEKA7FXyKXZqNNmErS4svrjw/pasado.jpg) El tiempo corre acelerado —así lo percibo últimamente—, hoy estamos —aquí me encuentro publicando—, mañana quién sabe y en esa fugacidad, hay algo que sí permanece: *la luz de quienes luchan*. Los que madrugan en hospitales con las manos cansadas y el corazón en alerta. Las madres y padres que convierten un puñado de monedas en cena, en abrazo, en futuro… Ellos, no son héroes de portada; representan la humanidad en su forma más real, la que no necesita discurso porque ya lo es. Como acostumbran a escriben en la comunidad Holos&Lotus, a veces la evolución no es hacia afuera, sino hacia adentro, algo que denominan "minimalismo del alma", quitar lo que sobra para dejar espacio a lo esencial [@danielvehe77]. Y a veces ni se dispone d lo esencial. La tecnología avanza, a pasos agigantados. Tenemos máquinas que podríamos afirmar que "piensan", redes que conectan continentes en milisegundos. Pero, como reflexionamos en #Humanitas, ¿nos estamos volviendo más humanos o solo más eficientes?. Me gustaría leer la apreciación del amigo @emilirios, quizá él de en el clavo, je, je, je. La vulnerabilidad —esa que nos hace temblar, llorar, preguntar— no es un error del sistema, es más que eso..., es la puerta. "La vulnerabilidad no siempre es pedir ayuda, a veces es permitir que nos vean", compartía alguien en Holos&Lotus hace poco [@isaacmf123]. Dejarnos ver, sin filtros, sin máscaras de éxito -a quién le importa-. La protesta, aquí, no es solo contra sistemas injustos; es contra la indiferencia, contra la prisa que nos roba el mirar a los ojos, contra la palabra hueca que sustituye al abrazo. Les estraño: @lecumberre, @mllg, @fibra69… Ultimamente pienso en @charjaim. ¿Y ustedes? Eduardo Galeano, cronista de esperanzas porfiadas, nos cuenta que la condición humana vale la pena *"porque hemos sido mal hechos, pero podemos rehacernos"*… Rehacernos, no solos…, juntos. En la fila del supermercado, en la sala de espera, en el comentario sincero que rompe la soledad del scroll infinito. No tengo respuestas definitivas. Solo sé que, en medio del torbellino, hay gestos que son oración sin palabras: *la mano que sostiene, el silencio que acompaña, la comida compartida, la lágrima que no se juzga*. Esos son los sermones que sí sanan. No por ser perfectos, sino porque, en su imperfección valiente, encienden la luz de otros. Y la luz, aunque pequeña, siempre gana a la oscuridad. No con estruendo, sino con presencia. El tiempo pasa. Sí, pero mientras haya alguien que elija la compasión sobre el cinismo, la escucha sobre el sermón, la paz sobre la ilusión de control… mientras haya eso; hay sentido. No un sentido grandilocuente, sino uno cotidiano, terrenal, humano. Como el aire que entra por la ventana después de la tormenta. No cura todo, pero permite respirar. ‘The weight of the burden on one’s back hurts’; it is no metaphor, but a knot that forms when happiness seems a distant luxury and peace, rather, an urgent refuge. I have seen others suffer, as the faith that once sustained them shatters like glass under the weight of the question: *Where were you?* It is intriguing to hear that ‘perhaps they are right’. It hurts more when those who speak of love, peace and freedom do so with empty words, sermons that do not touch the ground where people walk barefoot. Just like that: *‘words are carried away by the wind’*.
# ***Let’s breathe together*** I have asked myself so many times, why are we here?; surely, it cannot be just to suffer and disappear. I’ve been reading Viktor Frankl, who knew the abyss and wrote: *“If there is meaning in life, there must be meaning in suffering”…* He doesn’t say this to glorify pain, but to remind us that in the deepest darkness we can choose how to inhabit it. It is much more than mere resignation; *it is dignity*. ![](https://i.ecency.com/DQmNM6Jewt4ysjbXHbnFsyTzEKA7FXyKXZqNNmErS4svrjw/pasado.jpg) Time is racing by –that’s how I’ve been feeling lately– today we’re here –here I am, writing this– tomorrow, who knows? And yet, amidst all that fleetingness, there is one thing that endures: *the light of those who fight*. Those who rise early in hospitals, their hands weary and their hearts on high alert. The mothers and fathers who turn a handful of coins into a meal, a hug, a future… They are not cover-story heroes; they represent humanity in its truest form, the kind that needs no grand speech because it already is. As they often write in the Holos&Lotus community, sometimes evolution is not outward, but inward—something they call ‘minimalism of the soul’, removing the excess to make room for the essential [@danielvehe77]. And sometimes we don’t even have the essential. Technology is advancing by leaps and bounds. We have machines that we could say “think”, networks that connect continents in milliseconds. But, as we reflect on in #Humanitas, are we becoming more human or just more efficient? I’d like to read my friend @emilirios’s take on this; perhaps he’ll hit the nail on the head, heh, heh, heh. Vulnerability —the kind that makes us tremble, cry, and ask questions— isn’t a glitch in the system; it’s more than that… it’s the gateway. “Vulnerability isn’t always about asking for help; sometimes it’s about letting others see us,” someone shared on Holos&Lotus recently [@isaacmf123]. Protest, here, is not just against unjust systems; it is against indifference, against the rush that robs us of looking into each other’s eyes, against the empty words that replace a hug. I miss you all: @lecumberre, @mllg, @fibra69… Lately I’ve been thinking of @charjaim. And you? Eduardo Galeano, chronicler of stubborn hopes, tells us that the human condition is worth it *‘because we have been badly made, but we can remake ourselves’*… Remake ourselves, not alone… together. In the supermarket queue, in the waiting room, in the sincere comment that breaks the loneliness of endless scrolling. I don’t have any definitive answers. I only know that, in the midst of the turmoil, there are gestures that are prayer without words: *the hand that holds, the silence that accompanies, the meal shared, the tear that is not judged*. Those are the sermons that truly heal. But as long as there is someone who chooses compassion over cynicism, listening over preaching, peace over the illusion of control… as long as that exists; there is meaning. Not a grandiloquent meaning, but an everyday, earthly, human one. Like the air that flows in through the window after the storm. It doesn’t heal everything, but it allows us to breathe.
