I haven’t worked an early morning shift at Starbucks since I started working there, and I started riding my bike to the same Starbucks when my ex wife was openly having an affair with a longtime friend.
Well my ex-wife’s lover came into the store this morning. I hadn’t seen her in 9 years.

- I walked 5000 steps before my shift started.
- I walked 3000 steps during my lunch.
- I accumulated 8000 steps during my Starbucks shift.
- and I gained another 4000 steps walking to and from work.
