Down-voting was created to balance abuse. Down-voting has only given more power to a few such as themarkymark ,buildawhale to take advantage of the steemit platform .The down voting needs to stop.

Hello @moderndayhippie if you look at how all the former top 20 witnesses have voted you will see they have all voted for each other just one big circle jerk and steemit has suffered because of them .

STEEMIT HAS HAD 20 DICTATORS since day one and they with their circle jerking have almost destroyed steemit . Time for a change and time to do away with the down vote .
