I found an awesome way for myself to get in the groove daily. I started a high fat diet with low carbs in hopes to change by bodies insulin sensitivity. Most people know this type of diet as a keto diet.

I did not expect this result of which I am proud. This is my first time shooting the stars. Cannon T6i novice. Same stars for 1000s of years. The sky is spinning, but I’m not.

I took this picture yesterday at about 15:00 with my iPhone. The iPhone takes pictures that were never possible with a mobile device before. It’s crazy how the moon is cut in half with a straight line
