I was going to ask what texture pack that is but the answer was already here.

I've been playing Bedrock edition for a while just for cross platform with switch and consoles but this makes me want to bust Java out and start up a hardcore world. Not sure why Bedrock doesn't have hardcore.

I would try to boot a linux live usb and see about recovering your data. It may just be some corruption in the os itself. I'd hold out to hear from the company but I'd try linux live to try and recover
