In the face of adversity, other unorthodox forms of therapy have taken root. Two of which include; barbershop and bartender therapies. These have come to play a significant role in addressing mental health challenges within African communities. These environments provide a unique opportunity for individuals to engage in open conversations about their mental health issues, breaking the silence and combating stigma.
