Roe V Wade wouldn't be relevant in either of those scenarios. We already have different laws in different jurisdictions today - I can have weed in CO, I can't in neighboring states. Handled the same way.

But we prohibit lots of things and don't argue not to prohibit them on that basis.... like rape or murder or theft. Basically the position is that prohibiting aggression is a proper prohibition.
