Mineral bath
4th day of fasting with @atma.love decided to have a sauna, cold dip and mineral bath. This will help with the process of detoxification. Feel like someone from Roma senate in these baths. God bless 🙏🏽

Fasting Ekadashi
So started fasting Sunday night, water and urine only but decided to do a absolute dry fast for Ekadashi which lasted 36hrs, I broke the fast just now with my urine I had collected over the 36hrs. Brother
