If you have read my previous posts about Zox mental photography than you know it requires 2 hours each day to complete all the exercises.
Now I am going to summarize the remaining modules.
In the previous module, I talked about how I turned the pages of a dictionary and then was able to locate the word Bail.
Now I am going to share with you what the rest of the modules are about.
So as you can see in this video a man is photographing a book this is the procedure that needs to be done with all books.
Ahh , but turning the pages of the book upside down is not the most constructive it is like reading a book and then not remembering what it was about. Therefore recall methods are needed.
Here is my experience after photographing a history book.
So what happens is you get a feeling for what the book is about and then a thought pops into your head. Now there is a difference between imagining what the book is about and recalling what the book is about.
So what I did was I started writing down on a piece of paper what the book was about the Cold War BTW. Wow, and I wrote down something and I recalled something else and then something else came to my mind and it was a really pleasant feeling writing down on a piece of paper what I know. I did not want to stop writing I wrote 5 hand written pages.
Future Plan
So I have listened to all the modules and have done all the exercises inconsistently.
The plan is the following:
Do the outline plan in Zox every morning for 30 days.
Take pictures of activities so all of you can enjoy these boring, but otherwise interesting posts.
