Last Christmas (2017), I started a yoga challenge by instagram. And this is one of the Asanas that demanded the challenge.
With this Asana your body works strength, resistance and flexibility in the lower back. My recommendation is that you have to breathe a lot and let gravity do its job.
It's amazing how the Yoga molds your body. And even more incredible is how your mind and your spirit become bigger and more positive than before.
