Do you sabotage your possible successes? Unconsciously aim for failure?

What we say and how we say it can be decisive to achieve success or not and that the language we use is important in NLP.*
What we say or the messages we send to our brain are taken literally if no filter, processes and executes them.

In this sense, Richard Bandler and John Grinder, creators of the theory of PNL (Neurolinguistics Programming), explain that there is a link between the neurological schemes, the language and the limiting behaviors that we have learned throughout our lives. The "NLP" is the study of mental patterns that allows knowing the mental processes that an individual use to encode information, and therefore change the way of thinking and acting. This can be of vital importance for the personal and professional development of individuals as it analyzes the way in which human beings perceive everything that surrounds us through the senses. In addition, it detects the motivations that make us communicate and direct ourselves towards others or towards a specific event in a specific way.

* The map is not the territory.

Each person has predominant ways of perceiving the reality, beliefs, criteria and values of each person that are acquired by our life experience and these influences this process.

* Behind every act or word there is a positive intention.

Behind it there is a positive intention for the one who carries it out. (There will always be a why do I do it?).

*It is impossible not to communicate.

All behavior is a form of communication and is that even when I do not want to communicate I communicate that I do not want to communicate.
That is why both actions and thinking must be coherent.

* There are no failures, only results other than those
expected.

An error is always an opportunity. It is an opportunity to change, it is a learning opportunity, if something does not work it could be that we are wrong in the goal or the result. __* The quality of my communication is measured according to the quality of the answer I get.__ I get what I ask and therefore the importance of how we express ourselves directly and indirectly, since not only communicate verbally and but also non-verbally with our gestures and actions.

Example of sabotage

A person who, although he thinks about saving money, is not capable of doing so, squandering his money on unnecessary expenses. Why? Possibly this subject is sabotaging himself, a part of him wants to save money, but another part of him wants to spend money. And this may be that the person does not consider himself worthy of him. The best way to not sabotage ourselves is to be consistent, and that is that according to NLP, this allows us to use personal resources and 100% focused on a common goal.

Finally, it can be said that PLN is a way of programming the mind through actions, thoughts and words that produce emotions that direct our behavior and reactions, converting them into habits and thus into programs. These programs are accepted without realizing and can favor, damage or simply not get the desired result, there are also the programs that each one has installed and in the same way, some can be good and others not so much.
Therefore, through NLP we can know and optimize our capabilities, to improve family and work relationships, have better control of emotions, change behaviors
