So you downloaded windows from https://www.microsoft.com, but now you face an annoying watermark and not been able to change your background. So here a few methods to fix that problem.
Method 1:the notepad trick
Step 1: You create a new text document in notepad, then you cope code below

Step 2: Then you choose file and “Save As” to save it as a batch file, name “(whatever you want).bat”. Also, remember to change the text file to all files.
Step 3: open as admin and then reboot.
Method 2: You edit the registry to remove the Windows 10 watermark
Step 1: You open Windows registry editor by Press windows + R, type regedit and hit the enter key.
Step 2: Then you expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Step 3: You double click on the value “PaintDesktopVersion” in the right-hand window.
Step 4: And you change the value “1” to a “0” and click OK to save changes.
Step 5: You Close registry editor and any other programs and restart your computer.
Method 3: You use tools to Remove Activate Windows 10 Watermark (not recommended)

Method 4: buy a cheap product key from a third party

How to set a custom background
Step 1: download the image you want to use as background
Step 2: right-click on the image and select Set as background and there you go!
