INGREDIENTS for a large portion:
āŖ 400ml (1 can) of coconut milk
āŖ 100g raspberries (can be frozen)
āŖ 30g of honey
āŖ seeds from half of the vanilla stick.
PREPARATION:
1ļøā£ Put all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly for 4-5 minutes.
2ļøā£ Put the ice cream into a plastic container and put it in the freezer overnight. āļø
3ļøā£ Remove ice cream from the fridge 10 minutes before serving so that you can easily form portions. Apply with a spoon dipped in hot water before. Thanks to this, you can make them easier and faster.
