INGREDIENTS for a large portion:

āšŖ 400ml (1 can) of coconut milk
āšŖ 100g raspberries (can be frozen)
āšŖ 30g of honey
āšŖ seeds from half of the vanilla stick.

PREPARATION:

1ļøāƒ£ Put all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly for 4-5 minutes.

2ļøāƒ£ Put the ice cream into a plastic container and put it in the freezer overnight. ā„ļø

3ļøāƒ£ Remove ice cream from the fridge 10 minutes before serving so that you can easily form portions. Apply with a spoon dipped in hot water before. Thanks to this, you can make them easier and faster.
